Shipping & Duties Policy

Veil Order Policy

All veil are made-to-order and have a 16 Week Process Period.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order.

Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All international orders shipped outside of Canada & United States are DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid”.

All international customers are responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes.

RIVINI DESIGN INC has no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for import duties.

Shipping and Warranties 

We do not ship to PO, APO, and/or FPO boxes. All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by RIVINI DESIGN INC.
